What is your refund and return policy?
Return Requests: Once a shipping notification has been issued, orders cannot be cancelled. Any returns must be formally requested.
Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original delivery date. The item must remain in its original, sealed product box—unopened and undamaged.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable for returns made due to a change of mind.
Return Authorisation: We reserve the right to decline or authorise returns exclusively for items that remain unopened in their original packaging, without any alterations or modifications, including the use of third-party or aftermarket components.
Refund Process: Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned product to confirm its condition. The product must be complete, undamaged, and in its original sealed packaging, including all original packing materials. Refunds will cover the purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges, which are non-refundable.
